New People

New people were what the CPK called anyone from a city.  These new people were the enemy of their new society, and had obviously made a conscious decision to live in the city, and therefore be a capitalist.  Any new person was subject to random execution or overworking.  "Old people" were the opposite, and were considered the good and pure peasants of society, living how they were supposed to.  Many new people tried to fake being old people to keep their lives.
